How do i order ?

-New arrivals are found under the “New Arrivals” Tab. To place an order, simply click “Add To Cart” on the desired item/s and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. To complete an order, return to your shopping cart and click on “Check Out”.

-Only registered buyers are allowed to purchase from the site. If you have registered an account with us, log in with your registered email account and password. Being a registered buyer, you can track your previous purchase/s and also track your current order/s. With all these information , it will allow us to provide you with a better quality customer service. 

– Select your mode of payment and delivery.Once the required information has been filled up, continue to confirm your order and payment instructions will be directed to you via automated email.

– Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed, you will not be able to make any changes to your order. We advice customers to ensure all details are correct before clicking the confirm button.

– After checking-out, you will be given the option to pay via (bank transfer/atm) or *(paypal). If payment is done by paypal, simply follow the steps given by paypal. If payment is done via online banking via internet banking, an invoice with payment instructions will be sent out to you shortly via email once check out is complete.Simply reply back to the email with payment details after payment is made within 24hrs for payment verification.

Failure in doing so will result in order/s being automatically void by our system and item/s return back to our site inventory. 

– An automated email will be sent to you once payment received and order is being dispatched from our customer service side.

**Please note that items in your cart are not secured until you have check out your order successfully and may sell out during the process**


All prices listed on our site are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Kristine’s Collection accepts the following payment options:

– Paypal (For Singapore customers and International customers )

– Internet Banking via DBS/POSB, UOB and OCBC (For Singapore customers only) 

– All payment to be directed to POSB Saving Account No : 109-71592-1

All payments are required to be made within 24hrs .

Orders will be canceled with or without prior notice if payment is not successfully received during this period. Please note that we take deadbuyers seriously and deadbuyers will be banned from our site.


Proceed to make payment. Do not close the Paypal payment tab while payment is still in process as your order will be deemed invalid. In the event of such situations, kindly replace your order again.


For customers opting to pay with Internet Banking via DBS/POSB, OCBS or UOB bank transfer,please transfer the respective amount as indicated in the email order sent and revert back to the email with the transaction information required within 24hrs. An email notification will be sent to you to inform you on the verification of your payment within 24 hours.


You can check the status of your order by clicking on “ORDER STATUS” in navigation bar. 


Once your order is submitted, we cannot add or remove items from your order. All sales are final and strictly no cancellations or exchanges are allowed once payment is received


 SingPost Normal Mail (without tracking): 1.50SGD for the first item, 0.50SGD for every subsequent item 

SingPost Registered Mail (with tracking): An additional 2.25SGD on top of normal mail rates 

 *Note: Normal mail does not provide tracking information. KRISTINESCOLLECTION will not be held responsible for any delayed or lost mail during the delivery of the packages made by SingPost. We strongly advise selecting Registered Mail, which comes with tracking information and signature confirmation upon delivery.

Please kindly note that this is the estimated cost for international shipping. Parcel will be weigh at the post office once it has been processed for delivery.

International orders are delivered via SingPost Registered Airmail, which comes with a tracking number to track your package.
MALAYSIA & BRUNEI: 6.50SGD for the first item, 2.50SGD for every subsequent item 
REST OF THE WORLD: 15.00SGD (approx 12.00USD) for the first item, 8.00SGD (approx. 6.00USD) for every subsequent item

Items placed on “Backorders” are no longer in stock and will arrive again in 4-6 weeks’ time after backorder is closed. Please also take note of the following conditions with regards to backorders.

– Joining backorder do not gurantee that item/s will be secured for you and you will be refunded for what you paid for if item/s via backorder is not available for you.

– Backorder might be delayed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances and you will be refunded what you had paid for.

-Store vouchers are not valid for backorder.

-You will received a notification when backorder item is shipped out to you.

– Joining the backorder will also mean that you had read the above conditions and understand them well. Rest assure that we will do our best within our ability to ensure that backorder arrived and delivered in time.
