Terms And Conditions

The terms, policies and conditions described below govern the use of Kristine’s Collection. Your use and/or placement of any order constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms stated. We may change the Terms & Conditions, from time to time, without prior notice.

Ordering

Please note that items in your cart are not secured until you have submitted your order successfully and may sell out during the process. All payments are required to be made within 24hrs. Orders will be canceled with or without prior notice if payment is not successfully received during this period. A re-order can be made if the item(s) is still available. Once your order is submitted, we cannot add or remove items from your order. All sales are final and strictly no cancellations or exchanges are allowed once payment is received.

Shipping

All orders are packed for delivery within 2 working days once payment is received successfully. In the event that the package is returned to us due to the customer’s error in indicating the incorrect and/or insufficient address, a re-delivery fee would be charged and be payable by the customer.

LOCAL

Packages shipped via regular postage does not provide any form of tracking service. Kristine’s Collection will not be held responsible or extend any further service for any damaged or loss packages during the delivery caused by Singpost. Registered postage is strongly advised for an additional fee of $2.25/- which includes a tracking number and signature confirmation upon delivery. In the event that your order is damaged or lost in the mailing process, please contact us straight away at [email protected] . Refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more information.

Local postage cost are calculated based on weight per piece and the postage cost is final. Please only proceed to pay if you are agreeable with the postage cost. The postage label on the parcel might be different from the postage cost paid as the overall parcel might be weight again by the Singpost and this will some time lead to discrepancies. Do note that we do not refund extra charge of postage similar we do not ask for top up for under charged postage. 

INTERNATIONAL

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final once payment is received and items cannot be returned for exchange, refunds or credit. In the event an item received is defective or an incorrect item has been sent to you, please notify us within 7 business days of receipt to [email protected] including snapshots of the defect if applicable. Our management will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and the final decision to offer an exchange or refund lies within Kristine’s Collection. We will exchange the defect item for the same item if in stock or a full credit note will issued. Exchanges for another item is applicable and any additional cost on top of the item in question will have to be paid by the customer and balances will be credited as a credit note for future purchases. Returns must be sent back to us within 8 business days from the date of receipt. Late returns over the time limit will not be entertained and the package will be sent back. Postage fees incurred will be reimbursed for cases that are due to Kristine’s Collection’s oversight via credit note. Customers shall bear full responsibility in ensuring items mailed back are packed and secured properly in the original packaging. Items must be returned to us unworned and unwashed. We will not be responsible for any lost mails during this return process. We do not offer exchanges or refunds regarding sizing issues and defects such as loose threads, stains less than 3cm diameter, slight imperfection that do not affect the overall aesthetic. There may be a 0.5 to 1 inch difference in our given measurements-this may be due to stretchablity of material/ method of measurements/ slight variation during mass production and is strictly not considered as a defect. Colors shown may deviate slightly on different screens as different tech devices have different colour resolutions. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences to the human eye (and under different lighting). In the cases above, no refunds/exchanges will be made. Lastly ,sales items are non-exchangeable/returnable.

Back Order Items

Estimated date of arrival for the backorder items are stated at the product’s description and are subjected to change. Delays may occur and affected customers will be notified and updated with news of the backorder promptly. Strictly no cancellations or changes are allowed. Kristine’s Collection reserves the right to cancel any backorders if the response is inadequate.

Discount Code

If you have a referral or discount code, you can enter it during the checkout process. Once you have entered the code, click the “Apply Discount” button to receive your discount. Please note that voucher codes only apply when entered into the system and will not be valid for redemption through email after the order has been placed. It is not redeemable for cash or credit.

Product Information

The prices displayed on our website are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD$). We make an effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, the actual colours you see depend on the resolution of your monitor screen. Hence, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
